S. Zia-ul-Haq & Sons Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager Supply Chain to join their team at the RDMC site in Quetta, Balochistan. This role requires a professional who is fluent in Balochi and possesses strong skills in managing supply chain operations within a project-driven environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the supply chain, ensuring smooth procurement, warehousing, transportation, and distribution processes. This position demands excellent coordination with internal teams and external vendors to maintain timely availability of materials, while adhering to company policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire supply chain process, including procurement, warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities.
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with project timelines and budget constraints.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local and regional vendors to secure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure effective stock control measures are in place.
- Coordinate closely with project managers, site staff, and internal teams to guarantee material availability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain operations, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers and relevant authorities to support operational needs.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations, preferably within construction, engineering, or project-based industries.
- Fluency in Balochi is mandatory, with a good command of Urdu and English.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under challenging site conditions and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and supply chain management software tools.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
Candidates with prior experience working on-site in similar environments will be preferred. The company offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs140,000 to Rs160,000. Additional benefits include food, accommodation, travel allowance, and laundry services. This is an in-person role based at the RDMC site in Quetta, requiring the candidate to be present on-site to manage daily operations effectively.
