AudioCodes SBC/ATA, Microsoft Teams, and legacy Nortel PBX platforms

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with telephony systems, particularly AudioCodes SBC/ATA, Microsoft Teams Voice/Direct Routing, and legacy Nortel PBX platforms. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, making project management skills highly valuable. The position offers location flexibility between Hyderabad and Bangalore, with shift timings of 8 AM to 5:30 PM and 2 PM to 11:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure SIP gateways, including AudioCodes models ranging from M800 to M1000-M4000, based on technical specifications to meet required features and functionality, including manipulation and routing rules.
- Demonstrate expert-level technical knowledge of TDM and IP telephony systems, with a deep understanding of key IP telephony protocols.
- Apply strong working knowledge of data networking essentials for IP telephony implementation, including TCP/IP, SIP, RTP, SRTP, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory (AD/AAD), SQL, VLAN, and Quality of Service (QoS).
- Create, review, interpret, communicate, and implement design specifications such as floor plans, cable routing, rack layouts, and as-built documentation.
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and make informed decisions.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, clearly conveying strategies, methodologies, and project status updates to team members, project stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate tasks efficiently, understanding component relationships, anticipating challenges, and resolving issues and roadblocks proactively.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience with AudioCodes SBC/ATA, Microsoft Teams Voice/Direct Routing, SIP Gateway Configuration, Nortel PBX, IP/TDM Telephony, and related protocols such as SIP, RTP, SRTP, TCP/IP, VLAN, and QoS.
- Solid understanding of telecom and voice migration processes, network design and documentation, troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, planning, coordination, and risk management.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in network voice administration and telephony systems.
- Strong project management capabilities to handle multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively across various organizational levels.
