VS Media Group is seeking a talented and creative Audio/Video Editor with strong skills in motion graphics and After Effects. The ideal candidate will be adept at producing engaging, scroll-stopping edits inspired by popular creators such as Alex Hormozi, Ali Abdaal, Iman Gadzhi, and Dan Koe. This role requires transforming raw footage into polished, high-impact content with dynamic visuals, compelling storytelling, and sharp pacing. The position is full-time, onsite at our Lahore office in Muslim Town AL Rehman Palace 1, with working hours from Monday to Saturday, 6 pm to 3 am. Please note, remote work is not available for this role. Salary will be commensurate with experience and editing style, ranging from 30,000 to 60,000 PKR.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit both short-form and long-form content, including podcasts, reels, and shorts, using fast-paced and modern storytelling techniques.
- Utilize motion graphics, subtitles, and dynamic transitions to enhance viewer engagement and retention.
- Style content to align with viral formats commonly seen on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Collaborate in script and storyboard development, contributing content writing skills when necessary.
- Integrate AI tools like ChatGPT and ElevenLabs into the editing workflow to improve efficiency and creativity.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months of professional experience with a strong portfolio showcasing reels, shorts, and motion graphics work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related editing software.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills to effectively collaborate and contribute to content development.
- A keen eye for visual trends, pacing, and viral content formats to keep the output fresh and engaging.
- Availability to work onsite at the Lahore office during the specified evening and night shift hours.
