Auditor Manager — Grocery Store

Sachi Chakki Khidmat, a reputable grocery retail and delivery service established in 1990, is seeking an experienced Auditor Manager to oversee its audit and inventory control functions. Based in Lahore, with reporting duties at the company’s warehouse on Multan Road, Hanjarwal, this role demands a responsible professional to lead the audit team and ensure accurate inventory management across all branches and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
The Auditor Manager will be responsible for managing the entire Audit Department, ensuring effective audit processes and inventory control. This includes supervising the audit team, planning and monitoring daily audit activities, and taking full accountability for audits conducted at branches and the warehouse. The role requires reviewing stock records, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring proper verification of inventory, stock movements, and product quantities. The manager will monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and review audit reports prepared by the team. Investigating inventory discrepancies, shortages, and irregularities is a critical part of the job, alongside ensuring the implementation of audit and inventory-control procedures. Coordination with Branch Managers, Warehouse Management, and other departments is essential. The Auditor Manager will conduct regular visits to branches and the warehouse as needed, ensure timely and accurate completion of audit tasks, and report significant audit findings and inventory issues to senior management. Overall, the role holds accountability for maintaining the company’s audit and inventory-control systems.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have prior experience in auditing, inventory control, retail operations, or related fields. Experience in managing or supervising an audit team is preferred. A strong understanding of inventory and stock control is essential, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate good leadership and team management abilities, be responsible, honest, and detail-oriented. The role requires the ability to manage multiple branches and warehouse operations effectively. Willingness to travel between company locations when necessary is also required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 70,000. Duty hours are typically between 10 to 12 hours per day, with three days off each month. Travel allowance is provided for official travel. The reporting location is the warehouse on Multan Road, Hanjarwal, Lahore. This is an in-person role requiring physical presence at the designated location.
