CNEX Technology, a reputable professional training institute based in Rawalpindi, is seeking a dedicated and skilled AutoCAD Trainer to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering both practical and theoretical training in AutoCAD, helping students develop the technical skills necessary for careers in drafting, design, and related fields. This role offers the opportunity to teach various AutoCAD specializations, including Civil, Mechanical, and Architectural disciplines, through engaging lessons and real-world project guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions covering both theory and practical applications of AutoCAD.
- Teach one or more specialized AutoCAD subjects such as AutoCAD Civil, AutoCAD Mechanical, or AutoCAD Architectural.
- Develop detailed lesson plans, course materials, and hands-on assignments tailored to student needs.
- Demonstrate professional drafting techniques, including the use of commands, tools, and industry-standard workflows.
- Guide students through practical projects and drawing exercises that simulate real-world scenarios.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Maintain a professional and supportive learning environment that encourages skill development.
- Prepare students for professional roles in drafting, design, and technical fields by equipping them with relevant knowledge and practical skills.
- Conduct classes either in person at the CNEX Technology facility in Rawalpindi or online, following the assigned schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD software and drafting techniques relevant to the industry.
- Practical understanding of industry-standard drawings, projects, and workflows.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both beginners and advanced learners.
Preferred Qualifications and Employment Options
- Previous experience in teaching AutoCAD or working professionally with AutoCAD is highly desirable.
- Fresh graduates with excellent AutoCAD skills and strong communication abilities are encouraged to apply.
- Employment is available on both full-time and part-time bases, accommodating candidates with varying availability.
- Classes may be conducted physically at the CNEX Technology center in Rawalpindi or remotely via online platforms, providing flexibility for trainers and students alike.
The monthly remuneration for this position ranges from Rs20,000 to Rs50,000, depending on qualifications and experience. The work location is primarily in person, although online teaching options are also supported.
