We are seeking a skilled Automation Expert to join our expanding Automation & Systems team. This role focuses on designing and implementing smart workflows, integrating various tools, and streamlining operations for both internal processes and client projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in platforms such as GoHighLevel, Make.com (formerly Integromat), Zapier, or similar automation and integration tools. You will play a key role in reducing manual tasks, improving efficiency, and delivering seamless automation solutions tailored to business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize end-to-end automation workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Integrate multiple systems including CRMs, ATS platforms, marketing tools, and other business applications.
- Automate repetitive tasks such as email sequences, data transfers, notifications, and reporting processes.
- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the reliability and performance of automation workflows.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and deliver automation solutions that meet client requirements.
- Recommend best practices and identify new tools or technologies to improve automation capabilities and overall efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Proven expertise in GoHighLevel, Make.com (Integromat), Zapier, or similar automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of workflow design and system integration principles.
- Ability to analyze operational challenges and translate them into automated solutions.
- Experience working with CRM, ATS, marketing, and business applications integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in testing and maintaining workflows.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and clients.
