Automation Expert (High-level & Zapier)

We are seeking an experienced Automation Expert to join our expanding Automation & Systems team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing smart workflows, integrating various tools, and streamlining operations for both internal processes and client projects. This role requires proficiency in platforms such as GoHighLevel, Make.com (formerly Integromat), Zapier, or similar automation and integration tools. The successful candidate will be adept at understanding operational challenges and translating them into efficient, automated solutions that reduce manual effort and improve overall process effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and optimize end-to-end automation workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Integrate multiple systems including CRMs, ATS platforms, marketing tools, and other business applications.
- Automate repetitive tasks such as email sequences, data transfers, notifications, and reporting to minimize manual intervention.
- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the reliability and performance of automation workflows.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored automation solutions for client projects.
- Recommend best practices and evaluate new tools or technologies to continuously improve automation capabilities.

Required Qualifications

- Proven expertise with GoHighLevel, Make.com (Integromat), Zapier, or similar automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of workflow design and system integration principles.
- Ability to analyze operational challenges and develop clean, scalable automation solutions.
- Experience working with CRMs, ATS systems, marketing automation, and other business software integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in testing and troubleshooting workflows.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
