The Automation Specialist role at Zynvex is a full-time remote position focused on designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reliability across various projects and systems. This role involves developing and optimizing automated workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, and configuring tools and scripts to streamline repetitive tasks. Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize process automation workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop appropriate solutions.
- Configure and maintain automation tools and scripts to streamline repetitive tasks.
- Create, execute, and maintain test cases and test scripts for automated systems.
- Perform root-cause analysis and troubleshoot automation-related issues to ensure system reliability.

- Ensure alignment with quality assurance standards, including test planning and defect tracking.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in process automation, including designing, implementing, and optimizing automated workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to perform root-cause analysis, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Experience in creating and maintaining test cases and test scripts for automated systems.
- Background in quality assurance, including test planning, defect tracking, and adherence to quality standards.
- Proficiency with common automation frameworks and scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or similar.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with great attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement and documentation best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience in automation-related roles.
