Our client, CADs Engineering Services, is seeking a skilled Automotive CAE Engineer specializing in Crash Simulation and CFD to join their team in Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, simulating, and analyzing complex automotive components using advanced CAE software. Your expertise in crash simulation, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), and finite element analysis (FEA) will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and integrity of automotive products. The position requires managing the entire simulation process, from converting CAD models to post-processing mesh results, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to support project success. Key Responsibilities

- Create detailed and complex 3D models of automotive components using CATIA V5.
- Set up, run, and analyze crash simulations with Pam-Crash software to evaluate vehicle safety and regulatory compliance.
- Develop high-quality CFD and structural meshes that meet stringent engineering standards for crashworthiness.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of structural finite element analysis and meshing techniques to enhance simulation accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage the full simulation workflow, including CAD data conversion, mesh generation, simulation execution, and result post-processing.
- Innovate and develop new engineering methodologies and advanced product concepts aimed at improving performance and safety.
- Utilize hands-on experience in crash physics and multi-domain meshing to solve complex automotive engineering challenges.
- Maintain clear and effective communication regarding project status, technical findings, and insights with internal teams and clients.
- Continuously update skills and knowledge on emerging CAE tools, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Adapt quickly to new tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in automotive CAE engineering, particularly in crash simulation and CFD.
- Proficiency in CATIA V5 for 3D modeling of automotive components.
- Strong expertise in using Pam-Crash software for crash simulation analysis.
- Solid understanding of finite element analysis principles and meshing techniques.
- Ability to manage complex simulation workflows from CAD conversion to post-processing.
