AWS Cloud Engineer

A Nasdaq client is seeking a mid-level AWS Cloud Engineer to join their team at the Bengaluru office for a six-month engagement. The role involves supporting cloud migration initiatives, working closely with the Nasdaq team, and managing infrastructure using tools such as Terraform and GitHub. The position requires availability during IST and UAE time zones, with the possibility of contract extension based on performance. The candidate should be ready to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities
- Support cloud migration activities, including migration from one AWS account to another.
- Utilize Terraform for infrastructure as code to manage and provision cloud resources efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Nasdaq team to ensure smooth project execution and knowledge sharing.
- Manage version control and code repositories using GitHub.
- Work effectively within IST and UAE time zones to align with team schedules and project deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an AWS Cloud Engineer, preferably at a mid-level capacity.
- Strong understanding of cloud migration processes and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
- Familiarity with GitHub or similar version control systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Availability to work from the Bengaluru office for the full duration of the contract.
