Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand functional requirements and assist in translating these into clear technical specifications at the module level.

Configuration and Customization: Support coding, configuration, and minor customizations in alignment with established design and development standards to meet client needs.

Technology Harmonization: Assist in integration testing by validating interface behavior and identifying basic issues to ensure seamless system interoperability.

Troubleshooting and Optimization: Participate in troubleshooting efforts to resolve technical issues related to module performance or configuration, ensuring smooth operation.

Documentation: Help prepare user documentation, configuration notes, and testing artifacts specific to assigned modules to support knowledge sharing and system maintenance.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience of 5 to 8 years in AWS Cloud Operations.
- Strong understanding of bridging functional and technical requirements within complex IT environments.
- Ability to perform basic system configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with integration testing and validation of interface behaviors.
- Effective communication skills to assist in documentation and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
