Aulysius, an award-winning SaaS consultancy specializing in work management and AI platforms such as Asana, monday.com, and Anthropic, is seeking a freelance B2B Appointment Setter to support a targeted campaign. This remote, commission-based role focuses on engaging existing monday.com customers and introducing Asana as a potential alternative for managing projects and strategic initiatives. The primary goal is to generate qualified sales meetings with decision-makers from organizations currently using monday.com, driving meaningful conversations that could lead to a transition to Asana. This is a performance-driven opportunity ideal for candidates confident in B2B prospecting and securing meetings with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to organizations currently using monday.com.
- Engage relevant decision-makers such as Heads of Operations, PMO Directors, IT Directors, COOs, and Transformation Leaders.
- Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, telephone, and other appropriate channels.
- Present the opportunity to evaluate Asana as an alternative work management platform.
- Communicate the business benefits of reviewing current tools, including operational efficiency, cross-functional visibility, governance, adoption, and cost savings.
- Qualify prospects based on their usage of monday.com, business needs, challenges, and openness to exploring alternatives.
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings directly into the Aulysius team’s calendar.
- Confirm meeting attendance and ensure prospects understand the meeting’s purpose.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, responses, qualification details, and meeting outcomes in the CRM.
- Follow up with prospects to reduce cancellations and no-shows.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B appointment setting, outbound sales, or lead generation.
- Confidence in engaging senior business stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to generate interest without aggressive sales tactics.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn, email outreach, telephone prospecting, and CRM tools.
- Excellent organizational skills, follow-up discipline, and calendar management.
- Results-oriented mindset focused on qualified meetings rather than volume.
- Experience selling SaaS, project management software, or business technology is highly desirable.
Compensation and Performance Expectations
This role operates on a commission basis with payment made only for qualified meetings that are booked and attended by the prospect. A payable meeting must involve a relevant decision-maker or stakeholder actively involved in evaluating work management software, be with an organization currently using monday.com (unless otherwise agreed), have a clear business purpose related to exploring Asana, and be properly scheduled and recorded. No payment is made for cancellations, no-shows, or unqualified meetings. The fee per attended meeting is $100, with detailed reporting and tracking required.
Success will be measured by the quality and attendance rate of meetings rather than the number of outreach attempts. Key performance indicators include the number of qualified meetings booked and attended, prospect seniority, meeting attendance rate, quality of qualification notes, and contribution to the overall monday.com-to-Asana campaign.
Additional Details
Aulysius will provide a list of 200 monday.com clients whose contracts expire within the next 90 days to help initiate outreach. Prospects must be decision-makers with at least 20 monday.com licenses or have a renewal date within 90 days. Lead sourcing and contact data will be supplied.
Interested candidates should submit a brief summary of their B2B appointment-setting experience, examples of similar campaigns supported, outreach channels used, proposed fee per qualified meeting, expected weekly meeting volume, and their approach to the campaign. The objective is to create genuine interest, engage relevant decision-makers, and consistently deliver high-quality meetings that could lead to a successful transition to Asana.
