B2B Invoicing Specialist

Two Seas, a human resources consulting firm registered with SECP and FBR, specializes in delivering remote, cost-effective access to top 1% talent for companies based in the USA. We are currently seeking a B2B Invoicing Specialist for a fully remote position with the potential to transition into a full-time role. This position operates on a night shift schedule aligned with Eastern Standard Time (Florida). The successful candidate will manage the entire billing process for business clients, ensuring accuracy and timely communication throughout.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end customer billing cycle, including preparing and issuing invoices, monitoring payments, following up on failed payments, handling billing inquiries, resolving disputes, and processing credits, refunds, and collections. Maintain billing accuracy and data integrity during the migration of approximately 240 customer accounts to a new client billing platform over an estimated six-month period. Handle customer billing inquiries directly, providing clear, professional, and timely communication to resolve questions related to invoices, payments, account balances, and billing discrepancies. Communicate effectively with B2B customers regarding invoices, payment issues, account balances, billing questions, and disputes in a solution-oriented manner. Follow up on overdue and delayed payments with a firm yet professional approach to resolve outstanding balances and minimize payment delays. Reconcile customer accounts and maintain clean, accurate billing records.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have 2-3+ years of experience in B2B billing, accounts receivable, or a similar role. A strong attention to detail is essential, particularly with recurring and usage-based billing models. The ability to follow up on overdue payments firmly but professionally is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary. A bachelor’s degree is also required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in Telecom, VoIP, or SaaS billing is a plus. Previous work experience with companies based in the US, Australia, or the UK is also advantageous.
