We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive specializing in B2B sales and lead closing to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing client communications, nurturing leads generated through email and LinkedIn, conducting sales meetings, and driving negotiations to successfully close deals. The ideal candidate will be proactive in maintaining a healthy sales pipeline and contributing to the company’s growth through consistent revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage email correspondence and follow up with potential and existing clients promptly.
- Handle leads generated via LinkedIn and email campaigns, ensuring timely engagement.
- Conduct client meetings and sales calls to understand needs and present solutions effectively.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline to track progress and forecast revenue.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of closing leads.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in email and LinkedIn outreach strategies.
- Confidence and professionalism in client calls and negotiation scenarios.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience in IT, SaaS, or AI sales is highly desirable.
- This is a full-time remote position based in Lahore, Pakistan.
- Compensation includes a fixed salary plus a 5% commission on every closed deal, providing an opportunity for significant earnings based on performance.
