Weblinx Solution is seeking a dedicated B2B Lead Generation Specialist to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis at their Model Colony/Kazimabad location in Karachi. This role operates during the evening shift and offers a market-competitive salary commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving international business growth by generating qualified leads for software development, mobile app, SaaS, and custom software services targeting clients primarily in the USA, UK, and Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct B2B lead generation specifically for IT companies and software houses.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools to identify and engage potential clients.
- Identify and connect with decision-makers across target markets including the USA, UK, and Australia.
- Execute personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns, manage follow-ups, and successfully book meetings.
- Manage CRM systems effectively to track leads and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and submit weekly performance reports demonstrating lead generation progress and campaign outcomes.
- Provide evidence of actual qualified leads and share results from previous lead generation campaigns.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation within the IT or software development sector.
- Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and advanced prospecting techniques.
- Ability to identify key decision-makers and engage them through personalized communication.
