B2b Outreach Specialist

Code Industries is seeking skilled professionals to join its expanding Business Development team based in Johar Town, Lahore. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for candidates passionate about driving growth and building strong client relationships. We currently have three openings tailored to different expertise levels within business development, each playing a crucial role in supporting the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

For the B2B Outreach Specialist (2+ years experience), the primary focus will be on LinkedIn and cold email outreach. Responsibilities include conducting prospect research, generating leads, executing outreach campaigns, and identifying qualified B2B opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline.

The Freelance / Platform BD Specialist (2+ years experience) will concentrate on business development through freelance platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, and PeoplePerHour. This role involves researching opportunities, preparing bids and proposals, and acquiring new clients via these channels.

The BD Executive (3+ years experience) will take ownership of the business development department. This includes managing the internal team, driving overall business development activities, and contributing directly to project closures and revenue growth.

Required Qualifications

Candidates for all positions should have relevant experience as specified: a minimum of 2 years for the B2B Outreach and Freelance/Platform BD Specialist roles, and at least 3 years for the BD Executive position. Strong communication skills, a proactive approach to lead generation, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential. Familiarity with digital outreach tools and freelance platforms is required for the respective specialist roles.
