We are seeking a confident and energetic B2C Cold Caller to join our remote team, focusing on solar, roofing, insulation, and home energy solutions. In this role, you will be reaching out to homeowners across the USA, UK, and Australia to introduce our services and book qualified survey appointments for our follow-up team. This position involves no sales closing or contract negotiation; your primary goal is to engage homeowners, build trust quickly, and secure survey bookings. The role is full-time with rotational shifts, currently scheduled from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to homeowners in the USA, UK, and Australia.
- Present solar, roofing, insulation, and home energy solutions in a clear, relatable manner rather than relying on scripted dialogue.
- Qualify homeowners based on established criteria before scheduling survey appointments.
- Book and confirm qualified survey appointments for the sales team to follow up on.
- Accurately record all call outcomes and homeowner details in the CRM system and Google Sheets.
- Consistently follow up with interested homeowners who have not yet booked a survey.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and survey bookings.
- Handle objections calmly and persistently without sounding pushy or scripted.
- Collaborate with the team to refine messaging based on homeowner feedback and call outcomes.
- Provide insights on homeowner concerns and objections to help improve the overall pitch.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales, with a strong preference for B2C experience.
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral, easy-to-understand accent suitable for USA, UK, and Australian homeowners.
- Ability to engage and build trust quickly with everyday homeowners.
- Strong understanding of call etiquette and the ability to capture attention within the first ten seconds of a call.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Skilled in objection handling without sounding scripted or aggressive.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar, along with experience managing data in Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to maintain energy and focus despite rejection.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts as business needs evolve.
- High attention to detail when logging calls and homeowner information.
