BA (Maps Maintenance)

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial business analysis to understand client requirements and support early-stage documentation efforts.
- Perform basic business process analysis, including data analysis, and prepare simple dashboards and reports following established guidelines.
- Carry out market research and benchmarking by gathering information from predefined sources to identify alternative third-party products.
- Create drafts of process notes and workflow documents using predefined formats and templates to ensure consistency and clarity.
- Assist in maintaining and updating requirement logs for clients under the supervision of senior team members.
- Support revenue growth initiatives by helping gather clarifications and feedback on proposed Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) solutions.

Required Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in relevant roles involving business analysis and process documentation.
- Proficiency in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), specifically working with maps, is mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform basic data analysis and prepare reports.
- Familiarity with business process documentation and the ability to follow predefined templates and guidelines.
- Good communication skills to assist in gathering client feedback and clarifications effectively.
