Back End Developer

Nexsoll Digital Agency, established in 2024, is a dynamic and growth-oriented company specializing in building web applications, SaaS platforms, and digital marketing solutions for clients primarily in Canada, the US, and beyond. Our team values speed, data-driven decision-making, and delivering reliable products that businesses depend on daily. We are currently seeking a Back End Developer to join our on-site team in Bahawalpur. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side components of our web and SaaS applications, collaborating closely with frontend developers, designers, and marketing professionals to create secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and server-side logic to support web and mobile applications.
- Model, optimize, and maintain relational databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Build and manage data migration and import pipelines to facilitate seamless data integration.
- Implement authentication mechanisms, role-based access controls, and adhere to security best practices.
- Deploy and maintain backend services on cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services to enhance application functionality.
- Write clean, well-documented code and actively participate in code reviews to maintain quality standards.
- Contribute to the improvement of system architecture and development processes.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in backend development using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Strong proficiency in REST API design and SQL database management, particularly with PostgreSQL.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and clean architecture patterns.
- Experience deploying applications on Linux-based servers.
- Basic knowledge of frontend technologies such as React and Next.js.
- Comfortable using Git for version control and participating in collaborative code reviews.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Bahawalpur.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with Docker, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and AWS cloud services.
- Familiarity with data migration or ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Prior work on SaaS or multi-tenant systems is a plus.
- Exposure to file processing involving PDFs, images, or CAD files is advantageous.
