Back Office Assistant

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Assistant to join our operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, takes ownership of their tasks, and is eager to become a trusted team member. You will support daily logistics operations by maintaining accurate information in Salesforce and other internal systems, while gradually assuming responsibility for key operational processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and build a career in international logistics.

Key Responsibilities
- Update transportation information in Salesforce on a daily basis.
- Enter and maintain financial data accurately.
- Update shipment status regularly.
- Organize and manage cargo photos.
- Verify, upload, and maintain transportation documents.
- Support the Operations team with administrative and data management tasks.
- Perform routine data quality checks and correct discrepancies promptly.
- Follow instructions from the Team Lead and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, Finance, IT, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Up to 1 year of experience in administrative, logistics, or back-office roles is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Comfortable working with computer systems and quick to learn new software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus but not mandatory.
- Background in logistics or supply chain is advantageous.
