Backend / Full Stack Developer (Microsoft Ecosystem)

Prismware Technologies, a Microsoft Partner specializing in enterprise technology solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, is seeking a motivated Backend or Full Stack Developer with 1 to 3 years of experience. This full-time, on-site role is based at NASTP, Old Airport Rawalpindi, and immediate joiners are highly encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, Azure cloud services, and modern application development practices. They will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing scalable applications, including backend services, REST APIs, and cloud-based solutions, while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Develop and manage cloud applications hosted on Microsoft Azure.
- Work with SQL Server and Azure SQL databases to design and optimize queries.
- Implement secure authentication, authorization, and application integrations.
- For Full Stack developers, create responsive frontend applications using Angular, React, or similar frameworks.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-level software solutions.
- Utilize Azure DevOps or GitHub for version control, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and deployment management.
- Adhere to coding standards, best practices, and established software development methodologies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core frameworks.
- Practical experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud application development.
- Skilled in developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Solid understanding of SQL Server, database design, and query optimization.
- Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub for version control and CI/CD processes.
- Knowledge of application security principles, including authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, and Azure Storage.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID and OAuth 2.0 protocols.
- Frontend development skills using Angular, React, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Knowledge of Azure CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment strategies.
- Relevant Microsoft Azure certifications such as AZ-204 (Azure Developer Associate) are a plus.
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform integrations is advantageous.
