Backend Operations Manager (Offline)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage backend operations within a dynamic retail environment. The ideal candidate will oversee stock flow, replenishment, and dispatch processes while ensuring smooth coordination across various operational facets. This role requires close monitoring of general trade (GT) coverage, sales orders, and outlet performance to support business growth and efficiency. Additionally, the candidate will play a key role in supporting flagship store operations and inventory management, working closely with franchise partners to maintain compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). The position demands strong analytical skills to develop operational reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs), alongside driving continuous process improvements and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage backend operations including stock flow, replenishment, and dispatch activities to ensure timely and accurate inventory movement.
- Monitor GT coverage, order fulfillment, sales data, and outlet performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support the operational needs of flagship stores, focusing on effective inventory management and store performance.
- Coordinate with franchise partners to ensure strict adherence to SOPs and operational guidelines.
- Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide actionable insights for management.
- Lead initiatives for process improvements and facilitate coordination across different departments to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Retail, Trade, or Distribution Operations, demonstrating a solid understanding of backend and field operations.
- Strong knowledge of general trade, retail, and franchise operations, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with advanced reporting and data analysis skills to support decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of managing relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.

Compensation and Work Location:
The position offers a competitive monthly salary starting from Rs. 100,000. The role requires in-person attendance at the designated work location, facilitating hands-on management and direct collaboration with operational teams.
