Backend Operations Manager (Offline)

We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage backend operations within a dynamic retail environment. The role focuses on overseeing stock flow, replenishment, and dispatch processes while ensuring efficient store performance and franchise compliance. This position requires close collaboration with various teams to drive operational excellence and support flagship store activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage backend operations including stock flow, replenishment, and dispatch to maintain seamless inventory movement.
- Monitor General Trade (GT) coverage, track orders, sales, and evaluate outlet performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Support the operations and inventory management of flagship stores to ensure optimal stock levels and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with franchise partners to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain consistent operational standards.
- Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights.
- Drive process improvements and facilitate cross-functional coordination to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Retail, Trade, or Distribution Operations, demonstrating a solid understanding of the industry.
- Strong knowledge of General Trade, retail, and franchise operations, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with excellent skills in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Compensation and Work Location:
The position offers a starting salary of Rs 85,000 per month. The role requires in-person attendance at the designated work location.
