No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the skills needed to succeed. The position is onsite at Bahria Paradise Phase 4, with working hours from 5 PM to 2 AM, Monday through Friday, offering weekends off. The salary package includes a base pay of PKR 55,800 along with commission plans.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients in the international market to understand their staffing needs.
- Manage inbound inquiries and effectively present Volmatica’s recruitment solutions.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive client database to support ongoing business development.
- Develop negotiation skills and work towards closing sales deals.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to align candidate profiles with client requirements.
- Utilize LinkedIn, job portals, and email campaigns as tools for client outreach and lead generation.
- Gain familiarity with U.S. recruitment terminology and practices to better serve international clients.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; a degree in Computer Science is preferred but candidates from all academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
