Key Responsibilities
The Baker at Cafe Madeline will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, cookies, pastries, and desserts to fulfill daily service and catering requirements. This includes mixing doughs and batters, monitoring proofing and baking times, and decorating and finishing baked goods to ensure consistent quality and presentation. The role requires maintaining a clean and organized workstation while adhering to food safety standards. The Baker will also manage the inventory of baking ingredients and collaborate closely with the kitchen and barista teams to develop menu items and specials. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore, requiring early morning or shift-based availability.

Required Qualifications
- Strong foundational skills in bakery operations and baking, with the ability to produce consistent, high-quality baked goods.
- Hands-on experience in food preparation, including accurate measuring, mixing, and safe handling of ingredients.
- Proficiency in producing and finishing cookies and other small baked items to meet cafe standards.
- Ability to prepare, proof, and bake bread with careful attention to texture, flavor, and presentation.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, along with familiarity with commercial baking equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
