Baking Instructor For Islamabad Campus

COTHM Gujrat is looking for a dedicated and skilled Baking Instructor to join its faculty team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in both baking and culinary arts, combined with a passion for teaching and mentoring students. This role involves delivering both practical and theoretical lessons, guiding aspiring chefs, and helping to cultivate an innovative and creative learning atmosphere within the kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive practical and theoretical baking and culinary classes.
- Mentor and support students in developing their skills and confidence in baking and culinary arts.
- Maintain an organized and well-equipped kitchen classroom to facilitate effective learning.
- Stay updated on the latest culinary trends and techniques to incorporate into the curriculum.
- Foster a positive and motivating learning environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
- Manage classroom dynamics and ensure a safe and respectful space for all students.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Baking, Culinary Arts, or Hospitality Management. A certification from COTHM is considered an advantage.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in both culinary and baking fields.
- Proficiency with various baking and culinary techniques, kitchen equipment, and current food trends.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey knowledge and instructions.
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and inspire students.
- Ability to create and maintain a positive, engaging classroom environment.
