Barista

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Baristas, both male and female, to join our team at Bahawalpur DHA. This full-time, on-site position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a competitive salary package that reflects your experience and skills. The role requires commitment to a 12-hour shift schedule, working from Monday to Sunday, providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards in beverage preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:

- Salary ranges from PKR 35,000 to PKR 80,000 per month, depending on experience and skill level.
