We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Barista to join the team at Tribal Cafe. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of coffee preparation, strong customer service abilities, and the capability to work effectively in a fast-paced cafe environment. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a friendly demeanor to ensure a positive experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages in line with cafe standards.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other barista equipment proficiently.
- Accurately take customer orders and deliver timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and dining area at all times.
- Monitor and manage stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and other necessary supplies.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service consistently.
- Support the cafe team with additional operational tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a Barista is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques; basic latte art skills are an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and collaborate within a team environment.
- Well-groomed, punctual, and professional appearance.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience of 1 to 2 years in a similar role is preferred.
- This is a full-time position based at Tribal Cafe in Lahore.
- The role offers a monthly salary range of Rs50,000 to Rs60,000.
- Work is conducted on-site, providing hands-on experience in a dynamic cafe setting.
