Barista

TRIO By Maham, located in DHA Phase 4, Lahore, is seeking a talented and customer-oriented Barista with a genuine passion for coffee, matcha, and innovative beverages. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of beverages including coffee, espresso-based drinks, matcha, mocktails, and other specialty drinks.
- Develop and suggest creative drink recipes to enhance the menu offerings.
- Operate coffee machines and other beverage preparation equipment efficiently and safely.
- Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all drinks served.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation, equipment, and serving areas at all times.
- Deliver friendly and attentive customer service to create a positive experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock needs promptly to management.
- Adhere to food safety standards and café operational procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working as a Barista is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, including espresso extraction and milk steaming.
- Experience in preparing matcha and mocktails is considered an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Creativity in beverage preparation combined with a customer-focused mindset.
