Bark Scraper - Onsite

Scentior is a rapidly expanding digital marketing agency focused on helping U.S.-based businesses grow through data-driven strategies and high-quality digital solutions. We specialize in generating consistent, qualified leads to support our clients’ growth. We are currently seeking a Lead Generation Expert to join our team onsite in Johar, Karachi. This full-time position operates during the night shift and requires a proactive, organized individual who can take full ownership of lead generation activities across platforms such as Bark, LinkedIn, and Facebook. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the U.S. service market, particularly in web development, SEO, and marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Extract and filter leads daily from Bark with high accuracy.
- Generate qualified leads from LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant social channels.
- Maintain and update lead sheets consistently with 100% accuracy.
- Identify high-intent prospects in the U.S. market for web development, SEO, and marketing services.
- Monitor Bark job postings and respond promptly to ensure quick engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to hand off leads and support outreach efforts.
- Analyze lead quality regularly and optimize lead generation strategies accordingly.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), meet weekly and monthly lead targets, and report on performance metrics.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation, with mandatory experience using Bark.
- Strong knowledge of the U.S. service-based market, especially web agencies, SEO, and marketing sectors.
- Ability to efficiently scrape or manually extract leads from various platforms.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Sheets, Excel, and lead tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and research skills.
- Highly proactive, disciplined, and capable of working independently without micromanagement.
- Willingness to work onsite in Johar, Karachi during night shifts.
