Bark Specialist (Night Shift)

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Bark Specialist to manage the entire lead generation and sales conversion process. This role involves sourcing leads from scratch, purchasing relevant leads via Bark.com, engaging with potential clients, and closing sales effectively. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the sales cycle, ensuring consistent achievement of monthly targets while maintaining cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads independently through online research and outreach efforts.
- Identify and purchase relevant leads from Bark.com.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, understanding their needs clearly.
- Prepare accurate quotations, negotiate terms, and follow up with prospects regularly.
- Convert leads into confirmed sales and paying customers.
- Maintain detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while managing lead acquisition costs effectively.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Bark Specialist.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close sales.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads independently and convert them into sales.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly target-oriented.
- Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM), Monday to Friday.
- Willingness to work on-site at our Clifton, Block 8, Karachi location.
