Key Responsibilities

- Operate machinery and equipment involved in the battery production process.
- Assemble battery components following established standard operating procedures.
- Monitor the production line to ensure smooth workflow and timely output.
- Inspect products at various stages to maintain quality and detect any defects.
- Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and utilize protective equipment when handling materials and chemicals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area to promote a safe and efficient environment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or production issues promptly to the supervisor.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and meet production targets consistently.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machines as directed.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting raw materials and finished goods.
- Accurately record production data, material usage, and completed units for documentation purposes.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Participate actively in training sessions aimed at improving skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
- Ability to operate machinery, tools, and safety equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Willingness and ability to work in shifts and meet production deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Basic problem-solving abilities relevant to production line challenges.

This is a full-time, permanent, contract-based position requiring on-site presence. The starting salary ranges from Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 35,000 per month, depending on professional experience, along with key performance indicator (KPI) allowances and bonuses. The work location is strictly in-person at the company’s facility.
