Role Description The BD Intern role is a full-time, on-site position for four (04) months, based in Johar Town. The intern will support business development activities by identifying potential clients, assisting with lead generation campaigns, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing trends and competitor offerings, and preparing summaries or reports to inform BD strategy. The intern will help draft outreach messages, participate in client communication under guidance, and coordinate follow-ups to ensure timely responses. Additional tasks may include assisting with presentations, documenting customer feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support ongoing AI transformation projects.

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear written and verbal interaction with internal teams and potential clients.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation abilities to identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and support outreach efforts.
Candidates should possess Market Research skills to gather, organize, and present information about industries, competitors, and customer needs.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries professionally and contribute to positive client experiences.
Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with CRM tools, basic understanding of AI or technology services, and proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity software.
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, manage time effectively, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
