We are seeking a motivated Business Development Officer with 2 to 3 years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in online bidding platforms and a solid understanding of web and software technology stacks. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. The position is full-time and based on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other bidding sites to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by effectively pitching company services and solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with technical capabilities and deliverables.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in business development within the IT sector.
- Proficiency in using major freelance and bidding platforms including Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and LinkedIn.
- Good knowledge of web and software technology stacks to effectively communicate technical solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with excellent negotiation abilities.
- Proven track record of securing and managing long-term clients.
