BDE- Telemarketing and Financial Services (Fresh Graduates)

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executive (Entry-Level) to join our dynamic Business Development team based in Lahore. This full-time, office-based role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to build a career in sales, client relationship management, and financial services. The position involves working closely with the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) and Pakistan Mercantile Exchange (PMEX), providing a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing, sales, and financial consulting. Please note, this role is commission-based with a fixed basic allowance, and students are not eligible to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and conduct telemarketing activities to attract potential clients.
- Arrange and participate in client meetings, delivering persuasive account pitches.
- Provide financial services related to listed commodities, assisting clients with their investment decisions.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to build and sustain strong relationships.
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales, marketing, and financial services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work full-time in an office environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced financial services setting.
- Male candidates will work from 10 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Friday; female candidates from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday. The last Saturday of each month is operational only.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Prior exposure to telemarketing or client-facing roles is a plus but not mandatory.
- Training includes a 3-day formal batch session followed by 3 to 4 weeks of on-floor training under the supervision of a line manager, with applicable remuneration during the training period.
- Compensation includes a fixed basic allowance ranging from PKR 25,000 to 30,000 during training, with an average commission-based incentive of PKR 40,000 to 50,000 depending on performance.
- The role offers a competitive salary structure combining a fixed basic allowance and commission-based incentives, providing excellent earning potential.
- Work location is at 2 Race Course Road, near China Chowk, Lahore.
