BDS (Senior FE Closer)

PRIME BPO is seeking a confident and experienced Final Expense (FE) Closer (Business Development Specialist) to join our expanding team in Rawalpindi Satellite Town. This full-time, on-site position involves working night shifts of 10 hours, focusing on closing Final Expense insurance sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in closing high-value policies, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and be ready to take ownership of their sales targets in a professional and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Close Final Expense policy sales that are handed off by appointment setters and lead specialists.
- Professionally overcome objections while adhering to compliance and insurance regulations.
- Clearly explain policy terms, pricing, and coverage to secure customer commitment.
- Accurately process and document closed sales within the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the verification team to ensure a smooth handoff of closed sales.
- Maintain a high close rate while consistently meeting quality standards.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or improve conversion rates where appropriate.
- Meet daily and weekly closing targets reliably.
- Remain available for overtime or extended hours when required for additional training, performance improvement, or to meet targets.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Final Expense Closer (mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work night shifts.
- Regular students are not eligible to apply.

This role is based at Plot D-146, 6th Road, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi. Candidates can locate the office by searching “Prime BPO” on Google Maps. Walk-in interviews are strongly encouraged and conducted Monday to Friday from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
