We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team at our Islamabad office in DHA Phase 2. This full-time, onsite role operates from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in integrating data from diverse sources, developing automated data pipelines, and creating interactive Power BI dashboards. These efforts will support business reporting and enable data-driven decision-making across multiple departments including Sales, Finance, Operations, and HR.

Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate and consolidate data from various platforms such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Google Sheets, and other business applications.
- Develop, implement, and maintain automated ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL, Python, and Power Query to streamline data workflows.
- Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to departmental needs.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, validation, and modeling to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data.
- Automate recurring reports and optimize data processing workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Create and maintain data models, calculated measures, and KPIs using DAX and Power BI tools.
- Collaborate closely with management and stakeholders to identify reporting requirements, define key performance indicators, and deliver actionable business insights.
- Monitor data quality, troubleshoot discrepancies in reporting, and ensure timely delivery of accurate reports.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve existing reporting systems, data integration processes, and overall business intelligence solutions.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven hands-on experience integrating data from PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Python for data processing and automation tasks.
- Demonstrated expertise with Power BI, including dashboard development, DAX formulas, and Power Query.
- Solid understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines, data transformation, and data modeling concepts.
- Experience working with multiple data sources and automating business reporting processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into meaningful dashboards, reports, and insights.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

This position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs85,000 to Rs100,000. The role requires the candidate to work onsite, providing direct interaction with various departments to ensure data solutions align with business goals.
