Black Buck Designs is seeking a motivated Bidder to join our team, specializing in IT services such as graphic designing and web development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through online freelancing platforms like Freelancer and Upwork. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively bid on projects, respond to client inquiries, and maintain a high account rating. The position offers an opportunity to collaborate closely with management to develop strategies aimed at achieving both short-term and long-term sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business by bidding on projects through online portals including Freelancer and Upwork.
- Actively respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a very high rating and positive feedback on freelancing platforms.
- Convert leads into successful projects by effectively pitching and negotiating with clients.
- Collaborate with management to plan and implement new business development strategies.
- Support the team by providing insights and feedback on market trends and client needs.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development within the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT services, specifically in graphic designing and web development.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to interact with international clients.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience handling international clients related to IT services is essential.

Preferred Qualifications and Abilities:
- Prior experience in a business development or similar role is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively close deals.
- Target-driven mindset with strong analytical and multitasking abilities.
- Good understanding of bidding processes on freelancing platforms.

Additional Details:
- Job Type: Full-time, onsite position.
- Work Location: Gulistan-e-Johar.
- Working Hours: 6 PM to 3 AM.
- Salary Range: Rs30,000 to Rs80,000 per month, based on experience and performance.
