We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bidders specialist to join our team, focusing on securing international projects through platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bidding on relevant projects, initiating client communications, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure continued success. This role is office-based and requires working onsite at our Karachi location.

Key Responsibilities
- Bid on projects posted on Upwork and Freelancer to acquire international clients.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets consistently.
- Conduct initial communication with potential clients to understand their project requirements.
- Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business.
- Ensure profiles on bidding platforms remain highly ranked and competitive.
- Follow up diligently with clients and prospects to maximize conversion rates.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bidding on Upwork and Freelancer platforms.
- Strong technical knowledge of digital media marketing.
- Proficient in English, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Skilled in using AI tools to enhance bidding efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet sales targets.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.

- Salary range offered: Rs70,000 to Rs80,000 per month.
- Work location is onsite at DHA Phase V, Badar Commercial, 26th Street, Above KFC, Karachi.
