Billing Executive

PRG Pakistan is currently seeking motivated and talented individuals to join their team in Lahore as Billing Executives. This role offers an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in US medical billing who are eager to grow professionally in a dynamic environment. The position operates on a night shift schedule from 6 PM to 3 AM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage US medical billing processes including production and accounts receivable (AR).
- Handle appeals and follow-ups related to insurance claims.
- Communicate effectively with insurance companies and patients regarding billing inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of billing activities and ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in US medical billing, specifically in production and AR.
- Proven experience in managing appeals, follow-ups, and handling insurance and patient calls.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of US insurance systems, including Medicare and Medicaid.
