Position Title: Billing Specialist – Dental RCM
Location: On-site (Rawalpindi)

We are looking for a skilled Billing Specialist to join our Dental Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in dental billing, with a thorough understanding of the entire billing process for dental practices. This includes claims submission, payment posting, accounts receivable follow-ups, and denial management. This is a full-time, on-site position working night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Submit dental claims, both electronic and paper, to insurance carriers accurately and within deadlines.
- Review Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs) to post payments into the billing system.
- Conduct accounts receivable follow-ups for unpaid or denied claims to ensure timely resolution.
- Identify errors in rejected claims, make necessary corrections, and resubmit them.
- Verify insurance benefits and coverage as needed to support accurate billing.
- Communicate effectively with insurance companies via phone and online portals to resolve billing issues.
- Collaborate closely with verification and credentialing teams to ensure claims are clean and compliant.
- Generate aging reports and monitor accounts receivable performance regularly.
- Provide training and support to junior billing staff when assigned.
- Maintain strict patient and provider confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Keep billing software updated with the latest payer information and changes.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience in dental billing, specifically within the U.S. market.
- Strong knowledge of CDT codes, dental procedures, and insurance guidelines.
- Familiarity with dental billing software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of HIPAA regulations and revenue cycle management compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
