Biologist

We are looking for skilled biologists to contribute to an AI training initiative focused on enhancing the accuracy and reasoning capabilities of AI models in biological contexts. In this role, you will critically review AI-generated responses, assess the quality of problem-solving approaches, and provide expert feedback to improve the models’ ability to deliver precise, logical, and well-explained answers. Your tasks will include evaluating solutions for accuracy and clarity, identifying errors in methodology or conceptual understanding, fact-checking biological information, and crafting high-quality explanations and model answers that demonstrate correct biological methods. Additionally, you will compare and rate multiple AI responses based on their biological correctness and reasoning quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI Training Content: Create detailed prompts and responses across various biological topics to guide AI learning and ensure comprehensive subject understanding.
- Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI-generated answers to improve the model’s accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance.
- Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI models for inaccuracies or biases and validate their reliability across different use cases.

Required Qualifications
- A Master’s or PhD degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Physiology, or a closely related life science field from a top 100 university.
- Strong knowledge of human and animal biology, molecular pathways, physiology, disease and health fundamentals, as well as laboratory and experimental reasoning.
- Experience in developing or critically reviewing complex biology content such as problem banks, proofs, textbook sections, or research notes.
- Expertise in fact-checking biological information using publicly available sources across multiple domains.
- A record of publication in a peer-reviewed scientific journal.
- Ability to communicate complex biological concepts clearly and translate advanced theory into practical solutions.
- Proficiency in English at C1 level or above, with excellent writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with data labeling, Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), or AI model evaluation is a plus.
