Blockchain Business Development Manager - TJ / 1895038

Our client, Askari Family Takaful, is seeking a Blockchain Business Development Manager to join their team in Faisalabad. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the development of marketing and business ecosystems for an innovative blockchain project. The successful candidate will independently plan outreach strategies, identify and engage strategic partners, and drive growth in the dynamic blockchain, Web3, and cryptocurrency sectors. This position requires a proactive and creative professional with solid business acumen and a foundational understanding of blockchain technology, tokenomics, and crypto communities. Managing a small team, the candidate will play a key role in establishing the company’s market presence in a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and business development strategies to support the growth objectives of the blockchain project.
- Identify, engage, and onboard strategic partners, investors, and clients to build a robust business network and foster long-term collaborations.
- Design and manage outreach campaigns focused on community building, stakeholder engagement, and enhancing brand visibility within the crypto and blockchain sectors.
- Lead the setup and expansion of the business ecosystem through market research, competitor analysis, and market entry tactics aligned with company goals.
- Manage and coordinate a small team to support business development activities and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Continuously monitor market trends and blockchain innovations to adapt and enhance marketing strategies for sustained growth.
- Take full ownership of the marketing funnel, from ideation through execution, monitoring, and optimization, to maximize impact and return on investment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development initiatives with technological advancements and the company’s vision.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to build trust and transparency.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and emerging trends in blockchain and crypto industries to ensure compliant and competitive operations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Basic to good understanding of blockchain technology, tokenomics, and crypto communities.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with partners, investors, and clients effectively.
- Experience or strong interest in managing small teams and coordinating business development activities.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze competitors, and develop strategic business plans.
