Body & Paint Ground Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented automotive painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting vehicles to assess damage, preparing surfaces, and applying paint and protective coatings to ensure a flawless finish. This role requires a strong commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. The position is full-time and requires on-site work.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect vehicles thoroughly to evaluate damage and determine the necessary repairs.
- Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding and priming to ensure proper paint adhesion.
- Apply paint carefully to match the original factory finish, maintaining consistency and quality.
- Install paint protection film and other protective coatings to preserve the vehicle’s appearance.
- Perform quality control checks throughout the painting process to uphold high standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace while strictly following safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in automotive painting or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle surface preparation, paint application, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to work with various types of paints and protective coatings.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
