Book Keeper / Accountant

Greenovative Solutions Inc., a third-generation Canadian recycling company specializing in sustainable plastic materials, is expanding its Karachi team. With operations spanning North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, we are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Accountant to ensure the accuracy and smooth functioning of our financial operations. This role involves managing daily financial transactions, maintaining organized records, and supporting our international business activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions and complete the posting process accurately.
- Reconcile bank, credit card, vendor, and customer accounts regularly.
- Maintain the general ledger and prepare necessary journal entries.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable from start to finish.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Handle multi-currency transactions reflecting our global operations.
- Keep financial records organized, accurate, and prepared for audits.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software; familiarity with Odoo is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Educational background including B.COM, M.COM, BBA (Finance), or related degrees.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
