Branch Experience Lead

Located in Islamabad, AimFit is Pakistan’s leading fitness platform dedicated exclusively to women. Their newly launched branch is experiencing rapid growth, serving a vibrant community of clients who prioritize quality, energy, and tangible results. To support this expansion, AimFit is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Branch Experience Lead to oversee on-ground operations at the Islamabad location. This role is front-facing and requires a high-energy individual who will act as the primary point of contact for all clients, ensuring an exceptional experience from the moment they enter the studio. The ideal candidate will be a female fitness enthusiast with strong knowledge of health and training, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to convert trial visitors into long-term members while maintaining high community engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Front-of-House & Client Experience
- Serve as the welcoming face and voice of AimFit Islamabad, creating a polished, energetic, and hospitable environment at reception.
- Engage actively with clients before and after sessions to build strong personal relationships and foster a sense of community.
- Ensure that every client interaction, including walkthroughs and check-ins, reflects boutique, high-end hospitality standards.

Sales & Conversion
- Drive membership growth by converting walk-ins, daily visitors, and weekly trial pass holders into recurring monthly members.
- Conduct walk-in consultations to understand individual fitness goals and recommend appropriate membership plans.
- Monitor attendance of trial members and follow up promptly to secure membership conversions.

Client Retention & Relationship Management
- Track member engagement and attendance to identify at-risk or inactive clients and proactively reach out to them.
- Address client concerns promptly with tact, warmth, and confidence to maintain satisfaction.
- Continuously collect feedback to improve the studio atmosphere and overall client experience.

Operations & On-the-Ground Execution
- Take full ownership of daily studio operations, including member check-ins and membership administration.
- Collaborate closely with instructors and support staff to ensure a seamless, high-end experience at every branch touchpoint.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in client-facing roles within high-touch sales, luxury hospitality, premium automotive, or boutique retail sectors.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and customer engagement experience are encouraged to apply.
- Long-term resident of Islamabad with a solid understanding of local market dynamics and customer expectations.
- Polished verbal communicator with a demonstrated ability to influence and convert leads into long-term members naturally.
- Proactive, fast learner who thrives in an active, floor-facing environment rather than a desk-based role.

AimFit offers a competitive compensation package ranging from PKR 150,000 to PKR 200,000, reflecting the importance of this role in driving the branch’s success and community engagement.
