Branch Experience Lead

Located in Islamabad, AimFit, Pakistan’s premier fitness platform for women, is seeking a dynamic Branch Experience Lead to manage its newly launched branch. As the primary point of contact at the front desk, the Branch Experience Lead will engage directly with clients, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s commitment to quality and results. This position is ideal for a fitness enthusiast who excels at building rapport, understands health and training, and can effectively convert trial visitors into loyal monthly members while maintaining strong community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Front-of-House & Client Experience
- Represent AimFit Islamabad as the welcoming face and voice, maintaining a polished, high-energy, and hospitable reception area.
- Engage actively with clients before and after sessions to foster strong personal connections and a sense of community.
- Ensure all client interactions, including walkthroughs and check-ins, meet boutique, high-end hospitality standards.

Sales & Conversion
- Drive membership growth by converting walk-ins, daily visitors, and weekly trial pass holders into recurring monthly members.
- Conduct walk-in consultations, assess individual fitness goals, and recommend appropriate membership plans.
- Track trialist attendance and follow up promptly to secure membership conversions.

Client Retention & Relationship Management
- Monitor member engagement and attendance to identify and reach out to at-risk or inactive clients proactively.
- Resolve client concerns on the spot with tact, warmth, and confidence.
- Collect ongoing feedback to improve the studio atmosphere and enhance client satisfaction.

Operations & On-the-Ground Execution
- Take full ownership of daily studio operations, including member check-ins and membership administrative tasks.
- Collaborate closely with instructors and support staff to ensure a seamless, high-end experience across all branch touchpoints.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in client-facing sales roles within luxury hospitality, premium automotive, boutique retail, or similar high-touch environments.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and customer engagement experience are encouraged to apply.
- Long-term resident of Islamabad with a thorough understanding of local market dynamics and customer expectations.
- Polished verbal communicator with a proven ability to influence and convert leads into long-term members naturally.
- Proactive, quick learner who thrives in an active, floor-facing studio environment rather than a desk-based role.
