Branch Experience Lead

AimFit, Pakistan’s leading fitness platform for women, is seeking a dynamic and energetic Branch Experience Lead to manage its newly launched Islamabad branch. This role is ideal for a passionate female fitness enthusiast who thrives in a client-facing environment and is eager to lead on-ground operations. As the primary point of contact at the front desk, you will represent the brand, engaging with clients, building strong relationships, and driving membership growth. The position requires a high level of hospitality, quick thinking, and the ability to convert trial visitors into loyal members while maintaining a vibrant and welcoming community atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

Front-of-House & Client Experience:
Serve as the welcoming face and voice of AimFit Islamabad, ensuring a polished, high-energy, and hospitable reception area. Engage actively with clients before and after their sessions to foster personal connections and a strong sense of community. Maintain boutique-level hospitality standards in every interaction, from check-ins to guest communications.

Sales & Conversion:
Drive membership acquisition by converting walk-ins, daily visitors, and weekly trial pass holders into recurring monthly members. Conduct walk-in consultations to understand individual fitness goals and recommend appropriate membership plans. Monitor attendance of trialists and follow up promptly to secure conversions.

Client Retention & Relationship Management:
Track member engagement and attendance to identify at-risk or inactive clients and reach out proactively. Address client concerns immediately with tact and confidence to ensure satisfaction. Continuously collect and act on feedback to improve the overall studio environment and client experience.

Operations & On-the-Ground Execution:
Take full ownership of daily studio operations, including member check-ins and membership administration. Collaborate closely with instructors and support staff to ensure a seamless, high-end experience across all branch touchpoints.

Required Qualifications

- 1 to 3 years of experience in client-facing sales roles within luxury hospitality, premium automotive, boutique retail, or similar high-touch environments.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and experience in customer engagement are encouraged to apply.
- Long-term resident of Islamabad with a solid understanding of local market dynamics and customer expectations.
- Polished verbal communicator with a natural ability to influence and convert leads into long-term members.
- Proactive, fast learner who excels in an active, floor-facing role rather than a desk-bound position.

Compensation
The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 150,000 to PKR 200,000.
