We are looking for an experienced and visionary Headmistress to lead our school, fostering academic excellence and effective school management. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a strong culture of teaching and learning, ensuring the school meets high standards aligned with the Cambridge curriculum. This leadership role requires a dynamic individual who can inspire staff, support student development, and maintain a positive, inclusive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and clear direction for the school’s growth and success.
- Ensure academic excellence by aligning teaching and assessments with Cambridge curriculum standards.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate both teaching and administrative staff to enhance performance and professional development.
- Monitor curriculum implementation, lesson planning, student assessments, and overall progress.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment that supports diverse learners.
- Develop and implement academic and school improvement plans to drive continuous progress.
- Maintain strong communication and collaborative relationships with parents, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to school policies, procedures, and safeguarding standards to create a safe learning environment.
- Oversee daily school operations, maintaining discipline, professionalism, and a high standard of conduct.
- Represent the school professionally in academic forums and community events, enhancing its reputation.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Education or a related field; M.Ed. or B.Ed. preferred.
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in the education sector, with significant leadership or management experience.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Cambridge curriculum, including assessment and academic standards.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively, communicate clearly, and make informed decisions.
- A genuine passion for the development of students, teachers, and the wider school community.
