Branch Manager — Grocery Store

Sachi Chakki Khidmat, a reputable grocery retail and delivery service established in 1990, is seeking experienced Branch Managers to oversee its store operations in the Iqbal Town and Bahria Town zones of Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily branch activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving sales performance while maintaining high standards of customer service and store management.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day operations of the assigned branch to ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise, lead, and motivate branch staff, ensuring proper attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Monitor sales activities and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
- Control product expiry dates and implement effective stock rotation practices.
- Minimize product damage and enforce damage control measures.
- Train and guide new employees and trainees to maintain service quality.
- Maintain store standards and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
- Enforce company policies and procedures within the branch.
- Coordinate with management, warehouse, and other departments as necessary.
- Monitor and resolve stock-related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with audits and maintain accurate records.
- Implement measures to prevent theft and reduce operational losses.
- Address customer and operational issues efficiently at the branch level.
- Ensure the branch operates smoothly and meets organizational goals.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in branch or store management, preferably within grocery, supermarket, retail, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong leadership and staff management skills.
- Proven ability to manage sales targets and control expiry, damage, theft, and operational losses.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Responsible, punctual, and hardworking with the capacity to independently manage a branch.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Branch Managers are eligible for a performance-based incentive of up to Rs. 30,000, evaluated bi-monthly. This incentive depends on maintaining satisfactory performance across five critical areas: expiry control, damage control, staff and trainee management, sales target achievement, and audit and theft control.

The salary range for this position is Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000 per month, with the potential to earn additional incentives based on performance. Working hours are 12 hours per day, and employees receive three paid leaves each month.

Currently, vacancies are available for Branch Managers in the Iqbal Town and Bahria Town zones of Lahore. This is an in-person role requiring hands-on management at the store level.
